epiClavis — compliant AI engine

epiClavis is where the philosophy becomes a tool. It treats an AI-assisted codebase the way regulated pharma treats any validated system — as something that must be documented, traceable, and auditable.

The engine indexes a project's structure, tracks work as it happens, and runs pre-edit analysis so changes are made with evidence, not guesswork. The goal is to close the gap between how AI is used today and the standards clinical software is held to.

This is a work in progress, built in the open. Parts will be released freely; the regulatory pieces are where the commercial value sits.
