epiCursor: a web studio for local businesses

epiCursor is my web design service for local businesses in Sitges and the Garraf. I build each site myself, and they are available in Spanish, Catalan, and English. The sites are designed to be low-maintenance, so business owners can focus on running their business.

The site works in a unique way. Instead of displaying a portfolio of past projects, it changes its appearance based on the type of business. The main elements like the logo, navigation, and contact details stay the same, but the rest of the site adapts to look like a restaurant, estate agent, metalworker, or salon. Each version has its own colours, fonts, and Spanish vocabulary. For example, when a restaurant owner visits, they see the restaurant version, which makes it much easier for them to picture their own site.

The sites are built with Next.js on Vercel, and owners can edit the content themselves. Building a site usually costs between five hundred and eight hundred euros, with ongoing maintenance around thirty euros per month.
